The Value of Peace

How recently have you taken a moment to be still?  To experience the peacefullness within you?  To experience the peacefullnes within you in order to re-charge your energy system and bring more focus and clarity to your life?  It really does work.  Try it.  Find a comfortable position for your body sitting in your chair.  Close your eyes.  Allow yourself to turn your awareness to the rising and the falling of your breath in your body.  As you do so, your body will gently relax and your mind will slowly calm. 

The peacefullness of the moment rests behind the clutter of the mind and the stress in the body.  The pathway there involves practice.  And the practice will show you the value of peace.
